Framed Prints Available at Serious Coffee

In response to a number of questions and requests from people, I have put seven of my 8 1/2" x 11" framed prints on display for sale at Serious Coffee on Cadboro Bay Road. To date, these have only been available for purchase in Victoria at art events like the Moss Street Paint-In or the Bowker Creek Brush Up.

All of the small images on display at Serious Coffee right now are photographic prints of my original paintings. They sell for $45 framed. Where applicable, the matte board is custom-cut to match the shape of the original painting.

My partner, Dana, displaying a number of framed prints and block mounts.

If you are interested in a particular framed print or block-mounted print that is not currently on display at Serious Coffee, or if you do not live in the Victoria area and are interested in purchasing a framed print, please e-mail me.

Upcoming Exhibit in Calgary

In addition to my ongoing (rotating) exhibits at Cadence Coffee in Bowness as well as the Artists of the World gallery in downtown Calgary, I will also be installing a temporary display at Oolong Teahouse in Kensington from September 1st to 30th.

I will be showing a collection of original barn paintings as well as some giclees of my European painting series. Oolong was one of my favourite locales when I was based in Calgary, so I am very excited to be displaying there again in September!

Oolong Teahouse is located right at the T-intersection between 10th Street and Kensington Road in northwest Calgary.

Address: #110 10th St NW

Hours: 10 am to 11 pm, Sundays through Thursdays; 10 am to midnight, Fridays and Saturdays

Frequently Asked Questions

Since 2002, I have exhibited in many locations and participated in numerous art-related events. During that time, I have noticed that I tend to get asked very similar questions by the people who stop by.

I have compiled a list of answers to some of the most commonly asked questions, and I have posted this list in the sidebar here. On this page, you can find answers to questions about my inspiration, commissioning custom paintings, and ordering items that are not listed on my website (such as greeting cards, magnets, or framed prints and block mounts.)

One of the questions I have been getting asked more and more frequently (which isn't posted in the FAQs) relates to online or credit card purchasing options. Although I currently am only able to accept cash or cheques as methods of payment, I am in the process of looking into options like PayPal or credit cards for my website. You can be certain that I will make an announcement if and when this option becomes a reality!

As always, if you have questions or comments, please feel free to either e-mail me personally or leave your feedback directly in the comments section on any of my posts. Thank you for visiting my website and for your interest in my artwork!

Brush Up Recap

Thank you to everyone who stopped by during the Oak Bay Brush Up Show and Sale last Sunday! Thankfully, it didn't rain that day, and hundreds of visitors were treated to an incredibly diverse array of artwork and demonstrations. Once again, I was proud to be a part of this great event!

For my demonstration, I worked on my most recent painting in progress, Muse Restaurant. More photos to come as the painting becomes closer to completion:

The Bowker Creek Brush Up gets bigger and better every year, and I look forward to seeing everybody again for the 2009 event!
